SHIPPING COSTS SPAIN

newyou.chocolate provides you FREE DELIVERY on all your purchases in  Spain peninsular and Balearics Islands for orders greater than or equal to € 29. For smaller orders of less than € 29, we offer a reduced shipping rate option. Our standard shipping charge for orders in Spain peninsular and Balearics Island is € 5,45. If additional postage is required due to the size or shape of your package, we will contact you. Your products will be sent using the express service the next day before 19 hours.

DELIVERY CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We welcome international clients. The following charges apply to all orders placed from outside of Spain and will be sent through our trusted courier service.

 

The standard service delivery charge for EU orders is € 22.

 

The delivery charge of the standard service for orders from the rest of the world will be informed in your request to info@personalfood.es.

 

Delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination, so you must wait up to 7/15 business days for the receipt of your products. Import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer and  newyou.chocolate (Personal Food S.L.) will not be responsible for import taxes or other charges derived from your purchase.

 

If the cost of shipping your package costs more than our standard international delivery charge, we will send it via postal delivery. Please contact us before placing your order if you wish to track / sign for delivery, this can be arranged but may incur additional charges. Where applicable, all additional postage fees must be cleared before we can dispatch your goods.

 

 

ORDERS TO SWITZERLAND

For some reason, shipping to Switzerland is inordinately expensive. And as much as we try, we can’t seem to find a way around it! Please note that we will apply a € 45 surcharge in addition to our usual standard service charge for EU orders of € 22. A request for additional payment via bank transfer will be emailed to you and your order will be shipped with the payment of this additional delivery charge of € 15.

 

 

DELIVERY CHARGE CORRECTIONS

Occasionally an order may go through our website and complete the payment process for the transaction, but for one reason or another an incorrect delivery charge is applied to the order (or not at all). When this happens, we will send you an email to inform you that there was a shipping charge problem on your order, informing you if there are any additional payments pending. We reserve the right to correct errors in the delivery charge (up to and including rejecting the order) before shipping any product. We will send you a payment refund request on your bank credit card indicating that you made the charge.

 

 

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS DELIVERY COSTS

From time to time we offer free delivery to Spain or international orders (or both). For the vast majority of orders, we will ship your items free of charge if the order meets the minimum order value requirement for the published promotion, and is within our normal delivery package size and weight standards. If your order exceeds the weight and size limits for packages we reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time or cancel your order prior to shipment.

 

 

RETURNS

In newyou.chocolate we have calculated the logistics of deliveries so that the product travels in the best conditions, therefore it is important to receive the order in the first delivery attempt (24 hours), given the nature of the product we cannot be held responsible for the status of the merchandise from two days from the expected delivery.

 

It will hardly happen, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund, as long as it is within 14 calendar days If you decide to return an order, the cost of the return is your responsibility and newyou.chocolate (PERSONAL FOOD S.L.) will not reimburse you for the cost of the return postage (unless otherwise agreed).

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Send an email to info@personalfood.es and we will guide you through the process to return your products. All products must be returned in perfect condition and unopened, so be careful to pack them well. We recommend that you include a short note with your name and the reason for your return or exchange. We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit, so please insure returned items for your own peace of mind. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.

EXCHANGES / EXCHANGE

We have worked very hard to provide a high quality product that we believe is worth it. However, if you want to exchange your products, you can do so within 14 calendar days after ordering. As long as the item is unsealed, PERSONAL FOOD will accept it and replace your purchase with a product of your choice, refunding any difference in price or making an additional payment. To cover postage and additional packaging, we charge a restocking fee of € 4.95 for all products valued under € 50. Any amount greater than this amount will be charged € 3 to cover the cost of additional postage and packaging.

 

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to provide trades for products that we believe have been tampered with. Keep this in mind when making your exchange request.

 

 

LOST ITEMS

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to delivery address errors entered during checkout. Please be sure to check your address details before confirming your order. The address you provide is the one that will appear on the label. Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they have left our care and entered the transportation system. If you have requested Tracked or Signed For delivery, we will provide assistance in locating lost packages, but no action can begin until 2 business days have elapsed from the order shipment date.

newyou.chocolate is available for international orders, depending on the options selected, some orders will require additional postage due to the higher weight. Our standard Service for shipments outside the EU is highly variable depending on the destination.
